Throughout these terms and conditions, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Roble Ltd, sole proprietor of this website branded as “Little Argentina” and holder of VAT number MT 2176 9329 and shop address at 210, Triq it-Torri, Sliema, Malta, Europe. Throughout these terms and conditions, the term “this site”, refers to this website. By using this site via Mobile Application (Mobile App) or via a Web Browser (Internet Browser) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.

General Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Website or designs and products displayed here or purchased from here. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Online Store Terms

We deliver to Malta. You must be of at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to make purchases from this website.

Accuracy of Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Price and Product Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service or Products offered through this website.

Order Cancellations

Our cancellation policy applies if a cardholder makes a purchase payable by credit card or debit card and requests order cancellation within two (2) hours from the time of placing the order. Given that your cancellation request is timely we will cancel your order and refund you.

Returns and Refunds

If there is an issue with the food in your order, we will accept the returns of unwanted food products within the same day as the delivery day (midnight is cut-off time) but reserve the right to refuse if a substancial part of the food has already been consumed. If you return a product, make sure to email us to inform us with both the reason why your purchase is being returned and your order number. We will be unable to process your return without this information. Returns are evaluated on a case by case basis and it is up to our sole discretion to determine if your case is subject to refund or replacement, or if none of these conditions apply at all.

Delivery Time & Fees

Your delivery time and fees will be explained on the checkout page. Kindly see the details on the checkout page with every order. Please make sure to be ready to take the order from the courier during the delivery time, any further delivery attempts will be charged extra and are at the buyer’s cost.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, Europe.
